Senj is located on the main road which connects Kvarner with Dalmatia and it is inevitably stopping spot for buses and cars where you can refresh yourself and take a rest so you can continue your trip to a desired destination. Senj stretches through 60 kilometers of sea shore and includes about 40 kilometers of magnificent mountain Velebit. During the Turks attacks here was built a fort Nehaj, which became a symbol of this town, and today is a famous tourist location.
